Beneficiary Services is dedicated to helping people try to understand what is involved with the financial aspects of protecting the family assets and income streams before and after probate.  Our strategy is to provide education to anyone wishing to learn the basics needed to work within the legal and tax systems while maximizing the family financial goals and minimizing the impact of government regulations upon the family and its financial goals.

Welcome to Beneficiary Services.  While we are not licensed Attorneys or CPAs and cannot stand next to you in Court or in IRS situations, but we are highly specialized paralegals and are here to help.  Our place is to help one understand the professionals when they are needed.  Because we are not consultants or licensed professionals, we do not charge for chatting about legal and tax situations.  The bad news is that everyone at various times should seriously consider having these licensed persons on board for the times their services are needed and to validate any final plans made.  

Many people feel these people are expensive.  I like to think that if one has the right ones, they are in fact no cost professionals.  The right ones have spent a lifetime educating themselves about areas of law, accounting, and IRS in order to insure justice in a courtroom for their clients, and proper tax treatment with the IRS and State Revenue Departments.  Court and IRS protection for citizens begins with an understanding of the law and tax ramifications of their actions and ends with proper estate structuring.  Since many of us just are unable to find the time to become experts in these areas, the use of these professional's education and experience can be invaluable, meaning the financial returns on the use of good professionals, far exceed the cost of the good professionals.

While Beneficiary Services receives no payment for general information disbursed through this website, and our equity planners will gladly chat when they are available at no charge, Beneficiary Services derives its income from providing the actual services to our clients that may be needed.

Charged for services may include, from time to time, the sale of educational materials or invitations to workshops or seminars at reasonable rates.  These services also include the customized preparation of estate planning tools, such as wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney for  finances, durable powers of attorney for health care, advanced directives, irrevocable life insurance trusts, pour over wills and trusts, stock ownership trusts, limited liability company membership ownership trusts, bank account trusts, and other customized documents as needed.

Where corporations, not-for-profit corporations, and limited liability companies are required, we have aligned ourselves as representatives of Continental Business Services to provide those services and bring our clients a one person account representative approach to help our clients.

One of our support people can help our clients with understanding most of their estate needs at no charge, and then provide the legal pieces to bring our clients estate in order.  We like to believe that we can bring all or most of the legal pieces together for our clients at discounted costs, thus leaving funds available to have our clients legal and accounting professionals sort of bless our work for them, thus reducing the overall cost of setting up such plans.  Properly done, the savings in legal fees, IRS costs, accounting fees and lawsuit avoidance strategies, almost always pays the way to proper estate planning and providing families with the structures needed to accomplish their estate planning goals.
